    Houskeeping Tips from Owner:
Your responsibilities: Very important: Please leave the AC at 85 when you are gone and before you leave. It cools down very quickly when you get home as it has central air. When you leave your condo, please empty your trash, put all of the used bedding (Sheets and Pillow Cases) and used towels in a pile for us to wash. Try to leave the least carbon footprint possible and hang your towels to dry and reuse them, turn the lights off and a/c up. You need to bring your own beach towels. The ceiling fans take more electricity to run the motor than the ac so please turn off fans when gone. You must wash and put away your own dishes and dispose of your food. Sand gets every where so please sweep the unit and then swiffer it. There is also a vacuum in each unit and it works great on tile floors so feel free to use it. You are welcome to use any of the cleaning products in the storage closet.
What we are responsible for: Washing the bedding and put them back on the beds, washing towels, cleaning bathrooms, is what houskeeping is required to do. It is not a hotel, it is a condo and you are a guest in the owner’s home.
There are four beds in each unit. Please do not allow adults on the bunk beds or let kids jump on the sofa bed as they are not intended for that kind of weight. Don’t remove the bedding if it was not used. Housekeeping has to check the pull out sofa to see if it was used so please take the sheets off before you close it up. Long term tenants need to treat it as an apartment and clean, microwave, oven, fridge, clean windows, basically everything. Thank you so much for your consideration and I hope you enjoyed your stay and come back again.
