CHECK IN PROCEDURES: Check – In Time: 4:00 pm --You first must go to the front desk and pay 15 dollars for a parking permit. I give you your lock box number and room number upon payment so you can go right to your room after checking in. After ten pm, the guard at the security gate can check you in. Off months, the desk closes at seven pm. Currently only accepting a minimum of three month rentals

We have provided you with the following: 8 Bathroom Towel Set, 4 Rolls of Toilet Paper, Shampoo, Dish Soap, Linens, Blankets & 6 Pillows for 2 Queen Beds and 2 Twin Beds. Please bring your own beach towels.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, lg fridge, stove, microwave and utensils, dishes, pots and pans (includes 2 trash bags, dishwashing detergent, dishcloths and dishtowels).
CHECK OUT PROCEDURES Check – Out Time: 11:00 AM
You are required to wash (with soap and water) all dishes that you used and put them away as you found them.
• You are to remove all food and trash and place in the trash cans which are available by the stairway and elevator. You are to strip the bed sheets and pillow cases and place them in a pile in the floor of the Master Bedroom. You will need to place all dirty towels in the pile with the bed linens.
• You have paid for a cleaning service, however this is a basic cleaning fee and you are REQUIRED to leave the property as you found it. The cleaning fee only covers washing linens and towels and putting them back on beds and cleaning bathroom. Please sweep and/or vacuum. There are cleaning products in the closet for your use. Long term tenants must treat it as their apartment and clean everything but the bedding and towels.
• You are required to turn the A/C to 85, turn off TV and lights and fans each time you leave the unit. For long term or monthly tenants, if your utility bill is over 100.00, you will have to pay any amount above 100.00. You are required to close the sliding glass door, and shut the curtains. Please lock the bottom and top lock on the front door. Please put the key or keys back in the lock-box, as you found it upon check-in.
Two weeks notice is required for long term tenants. If you cancel before arriving or leave earlier than lease states, no refund of deposit will be given but credit will be given for another date. In case of mandatory evacuation, we do provide a refund but we do not find other housing elsewhere. We appreciate your business. Thank you so much for staying and we hope you come again.
