- Look for our exciting new water park coming in the summer of 2012 called Hurricane Alley. It is a huge new water park offering the latest in water park technology including a wave pool and river float. It is located right by Whataburger Field, just over the Harbor Bridge. Book ahead. Our condos are perfect to sleep the whole family at a reasonable price and you could hardly be any closer. Rates for the new water park are to be under 25.00.
